Booking

Booking any appointment, including a consultation, requires a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. No exceptions. The remainder of your appointment cost will be charged at the end of your appointment. No services are rendered with this fee, as this is the cost to reserve your time in my schedule.

Rescheduling

You must give at least 72-hours notice to reschedule your appointment in order to roll the booking fee forward to your new appointment time. If you fail to give adequate notice a new booking fee will be required to secure your new appointment, no exceptions.

Cancellation

Cancellations obviously forfeit the booking fee as it is non refundable, and any future appointments will require a new booking fee.

No - Shows

I expect clients to respect my time as I reserve that time specifically for them. Clients receive ample notification reminders of their appointments in advanced. Any no shows will no longer be able to make further appointments with Beauty Babes Ink & Skin. This includes no shows for touch up appointments.
